Board Members had packets and bids received several months earlier for Public Space Needs Assessments from Strand Associates and Angus Young Associates. Both Representatives addressed key strengths.

Discussion without action followed each speaker’s presentation. President Connie Tracy asked each speaker if prices quoted were still good since there was a delayed response.

Both verified the information presented is still valid. Both Reps confirmed studies for one department will cost more than the all department facilities study
