Pearl Island Gala tickets available now

BRODHEAD — Don’t miss out on all the fun and the chance to contribute to the Pearl Island Recreational Corridor project! The space is filling up quickly, but you can still get tickets until this Friday, March 25th.

Assemble a group of employees or friends and get a table for 8 for $400. Individual tickets cost $50.

Your contribution is tax-deductible. Make your check payable to the Brodhead Area Foundation with “Pearl Island” written on the subject line.

The third Annual Gala fundraiser on Saturday, April 2 will be a “Hoedown.”

Doors will open at 4 p.m. at 804 23rd Street in Brodhead, the former location of Brodhead Health & Fitness.

There will be complimentary hos d’oeuvres, a cash bar, a silent auction, a fun photo booth, and drawings.

A buffet dinner will be served at 6 p.m., featuring ribs, baked chicken, a vegetarian entrée, sides, salads, and a dessert.

A short informational meeting and a live auction will follow. Listen and scoot your boots to the live music of the Blue Grass Reunion Band!

So gallop on down to the Bank of Brodhead, Sugar River Bank, John’s Barbershop, or fibs North, or call Nancy at 608-931-5551 or 897-4481 right away!

Then get your best hoedown outfit together. There will be prizes for the best getup.
