William S. Knight trust donates $200,000 to Kelch Aviation Museum

The Kelch Aviation Museum, Inc., of Brodhead, recently announced a major gift from the William S. Knight Revocable Trust in the amount of $200,000. The money has been applied toward the museum’s $1-million-dollar fundraising project to build a new museum facility.

Many Brodhead community members recognize the Knight name from Kuhn Knight, a major business in the city. Few realize, though, how actively involved William (Bill) Knight was in the community, particularly with the Brodhead Airport.
