brodhead-high-school-receives-new-chromebooks

Brodhead High School was awarded a grant through the Wisconsin Technology Initiative (WTI) to buy two computer carts and a set of 28 Chromebooks.  The high school received approximately $7,500 from this grant, which is funded by the TOSA Foundation.  The grant was actually written last school year and was awarded over the summer.

The purpose of the grant was to provide more access to computers for the students and staff.  This mobile cart can be used in any location throughout the school.  Teachers can sign up for this cart rather than trying to find time in one of the two computer labs.  More and more technology is being used in the classroom, and this provides one more avenue for teachers to increase students’ exposure.
