The Brodhead-Juda Cardinals (2-5 Rock Valley, fifth place) fought valiantly right up until the end, but turnovers proved too much to overcome as the team’s impressive playoff streak came to an end in a gut wrenching 28-27 Rock Valley homecoming loss to the Whitewater Whippets last Friday.
