City committees wrangling with personnel changes, trapping at Pearl Island

Both the Brodhead public safety and personnel committees convened last Wednesday.

The public safety committee met first, where newly-appointed committee member Peter Bernstein answered a couple questions about trapping proposals along the Pearl Island Recreational Corridor.
