35th Annual Model A Day draws the crowds
Clinton was host again to Rock-Ford A’s 35th Annual Model A Day Auto Show in historic downtown on June 2. The celebration of “Henry’s Lady” hosted hundreds of Model A’s and other classic cars in every body style and color from at least four surrounding states. Entertainment included such delights as music and a vintage fashion show as well as great food and specialty food vendors. They also had parts vendors, crafters, novelty and antique shops, a 50/50 raffle, attendance prizes, a raffle for a Model A part, and many items in silent auctions.
All proceeds from this free-to-attend event were to benefit VetsRoll.
Plan ahead now for next year’s Model A Days – they will take place on Sunday, June 1, 2025.

Pastor Jeff said of the boys, “The goal for our church [and the boys] was to create a fun 1920s style novelty newspaper – our ‘Good News Gazette’ – and to send out our ‘newsies’ to give it away around town… It seems like it was a hit with most folks! And we had a lot of fun interacting with everyone who came by our booth that day. Thanks so much for letting us be a part of it.” (From left, all from Clinton Bible Church) Grant Shook, Micaiah Levander, Sawyer Shook, Hudson Shook, Frankie Nye, and Preston Shook.
