Dwight dearly loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren and was so proud of all their accomplishments, from ballets, school musicals, sports events, as he and Rosella would attend as many as they could over the years or just sitting with the kids and listening to their stories. Dwight was a big man with a strong voice but his heart overflowed with love for his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. His family was his world, and if one or several stopped by would be the highlight of his day.
Dwight enjoyed driving his John Deere gator about town, stopping to talk to friends along the way. He was a collector of farm toy equipment and tractors with emphasis on John Deere. He loved watching and feeding the birds and tending to his flowers and gardens.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clinton and Pearl Zettle; foster brother, Wayne Zettle; a brother, Ivan Zettle in infancy; a brother and sister- in-law, Delmar and Virginia Zettle and a granddaughter, Emma Pearl Bruegger.
