Ann Harsevoort to be honored at band concert

CLINTON – Former Clinton High School band director, Ann Harsevoort, will be honored with a special dedication at the high school band concert on Monday, May 16, at 7 p.m. at Clinton High School.

Harsevoort was the Clinton High School band director for 66 years, until failing health prevented her from continuing to teach. In honor of her service to the Clinton Community School District, the school is dedicating the high school band room in her name.

A small dedication ceremony will take place during the band concert. It is hoped many former students can attend to show her family how much she was loved and appreciated by all whose lives she touched.
