Police Arrest Man for Asking Obscene Questions

BRODHEAD – Between June 2nd and June 6th, Brodhead Police received three separate complaints from women between the ages of 15 and 24 of a middle-aged, white male driving up to them on the street and either asking them questions of a sexual nature or requesting that they expose themselves to him.
