Two charged for mistreatment of puppies
On June 29 at 10:21 a.m., Deputies from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office executed a Search Warrant at 4815 W US Highway 14, Janesville and seized 12 mixed breed puppies all estimated to be under 10 weeks old.
The execution of the Search Warrant and seizure of the puppies was due to information provided to the Sheriff’s Office from the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture.
The puppies are currently receiving medical attention at the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin, and this case remains as an active investigation.
Update:
On July 14 at 9:42 a.m., Deputies from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Chad T. Mukina and 21-year-old Felicia R. Tousey, both of Janesville, as a result of the execution of a Search Warrant on June 29. Both were booked and released with Mandatory Court Dates from the Rock County Jail for the following violations:

Misdemeanor-Failure to Provide Adequate Water
Misdemeanor-Operating as a Dog Dealer without a License
