Exercise safe habits when attending picnics in hot summer temps

Summer is still going strong and there’s lots to do before the chilly fall days are upon us. One thing that we all look forward to every summer is the “Family Reunion.” You say the family reunion has disappeared long ago with the rotary phone.

You are right, very few families have these huge gatherings anymore due to many factors. The large families are spread out across the country and with everyone’s lives so busy it’s impossible to gather together in one spot. Oh, but we all remember the “Family Reunion” held at a different location every year to allow each family to be the “host.”
