Brodhead area producers receive SARE grants

Two local producers are among 48 in a 12-state region to get federal funding for grant projects.

North Central Region Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (NCR-SARE) Program announced projects selected on Thursday, April 25.

Lauren Rudersdorf of rural Brodhead and Edward Kaderly of Juda were the successful applicants to the 2019 Farmer-Rancher Grant Program. Their projects are among eight receiving funding this year in Wisconsin.
