JOYCE LOUISE MYERS

Joyce Louise Myers, age 89, died Nov. 13, 2021 while at her home.

She was born on Feb. 9, 1932 in Flint, Michigan to the late Woodworth and Hazel (Dowen) Coad.

She married Robert C. Myers on Feb. 14, 1953. The couple spent almost 60 years together before his passing in January of 2013.

She is survived by three children, Belinda (Don) Adams of Brodhead, Robin Evans of Belvidere, Illinois, and James (Marie) Myers of Flushing, Michigan, eight grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was further preceded in death a son, Robert Lee Myers in 1968 and two brothers, Howard and Gerald Coad.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be directed to the family in her memory.

Funeral services will be held at the Trinity Baptist Church, 4222 Elms Road in Flushing, Michigan on Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021 at 11 a.m.

A visitation will also be held at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of services.  Burial will conclude at the Flushing Cemetery.
