Bike across America

The local businesses of Brodhead Chevrolet-Buick and Kubly’s Automotive LLC are just two of the many supporters of John Winters and his Bike Across America for Pearl Island. John and his wife Jaine will set off from San Francisco later this month. A local kick-off event will be held on Sunday, May 17, from 1 to 2:30 p.m., at the Brodhead Memorial Public Library. Friends and well-wishers are welcome to attend and learn more about the fund-raising venture, and to see the couple off in style.
