The Beloit Turner Trojans pulled away late in the first half en route to an 84-63 Rock Valley south victory over the Brodhead Cardinals (2-7 overall, 1-4 Rock Valley) last Tuesday.

The Cardinals raced out to a 17-5 lead in the early stages. Beloit Turner then applied a press that forced turnovers, which led to transition opportunities. With the Cardinals trailing just 28-24, Beloit Turner had an extremely rare seven-point possession to give the Trojans the momentum.
