Clayton Stewart Welte, age 27, passed away unexpectedly on March 14, 2023.

Clayton was born on November 8, 1995, to Sarah Teubert and Troy Welte in Janesville, Wisconsin. Clayton graduated from Brodhead High School in 2014, and then went on to study mechanical engineering at the University of Oshkosh.

Clayton was known for his natural intelligence, charming personality, and kind heart. There was no doubt he had an adventurous side to him, always riding dirt bikes, camping, hunting, and spending the weekends with his friends. He found happiness in creating his own music and art. His love for the outdoors, music, and art were only surpassed by the love he had for his family and friends. He had a dream to conquer the world.

Clayton is survived by his parents, Sarah (Jake) Teubert and Troy (Noreen) Welte; step-father, Rodney Teubert; grandparents, Leslie and Rick Behncke, Phillip (Carol) Welte; aunt, Brandis (David) Granja; uncles, Jeff (Tracy) Behncke, Ryan (Natalie) Behncke, Chad (Deb) Welte, Phil (Eve) Welte; half-sisters, Rhianna, Tori, Brooke, and Madi; and step-sister, Alexa.

Clayton Welte was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sandra Stapleton; and sister, Lily Welte.

A visitation will be held at the Everson Funeral Home in Brodhead, Wisconsin on Saturday, April 8, 2023, from 1:00-4:00PM.
