Clinton School District bids farewell to retiring educators

The end of the 2016 school year also marked the end of teaching careers for several Clinton school teachers who have retired.

Lois Keller began teaching for the Clinton Community School District in 1998. She began by teaching middle school and high school students who had to be taught at an alternative site due to various behavioral issues. She explained, “I took a student at their lowest point and helped them work through it.” She taught students with learning disabilities for about five years, and then taught fifth grade for the remaining years. Keller stated,
