Clinton Women’s Club to Host Community Christmas Program
The Clinton Women’s Club is giving the Clinton area community a Christmas present! An “Evening of Music with the Gracyalny’s—Adam, Teresa and Linda” will be held at the First Baptist Church beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 12.
These accomplished musicians and singers will be performing mostly Christmas selections with some musical theatre songs mixed in. They are sure to entertain everyone in attendance.
All three performers graduated from Clinton High School, Linda in 1974, Teresa in 2000 and Adam in 2002. Linda has been one of the accompanists at Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Beloit for 24 years and also for St. Stephen’s Church in Clinton for several years. She began playing piano at seven years of age and studied under Delores Risseeuw in middle and high school. After high school, Teresa pursued a degree in Vocal Music from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. She has been the Director of Worship and Pastoral Ministry at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Portage, Wis. since July of 2014.
Adam attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he received a Bachelors of Music in Choral Music Education. He taught music until very recently, when he began his new business venture of brokering Medicare insurance.
Everyone is welcome to join in this holiday presentation. There is no charge, but a freewill offering will be accepted. All proceeds collected will be divided among the two food pantries in Clinton; the Clinton Community Outreach Program and the Clinton Food Pantry. Cookies, punch and coffee will be served.
