Comeback hopes crushed in loss to Clinton

BRODHEAD — A late rally came up just short as Clinton beat Brodhead-Juda 9-8 in a Rock Valley south tilt last Thursday.
Clinton drew first blood, taking a 2-0 lead in the top of the second. Brodhead-Juda starter ace Tyler Hoesly never got into a rhythm as he fell behind a lot of hitters.
