1. Continue to implement the five-year Strategic Plan

Buildings and Grounds

The Buildings and Grounds Committee held a meeting March 1 to discuss bleacher issues at the middle school. The committee will be recommending replacing the bleachers this summer.

The committee will also be recommending the completion of the heating project at the middle school.  New boilers were put in the middle school last year, and now the pipes and univents throughout the building will be replaced.

There will be another meeting April 24 to discuss other summer projects if there is funding.
