Girls finish eighth in conference tournament

The Cardinals (13-16 overall, 7-3 Rock Valley) placed eighth with a 0-3 mark at the Rock Valley conference tournament on Saturday. Brodhead dropped the opener to Big Foot, 17-25 and 15-25. The Cardinals fell in match two to Jefferson, 14-25 and 22-25, and lost their final contest, 11-25 and 17-25, to Edgerton.
