Library looks at different way to invest funds

The Brodhead library board is considering a different way to invest some of the library’s funds.

The board last week heard from Mark Ibach, a representative of the South Central Library System. Ibach confirmed that the library has more leeway in investing donated funds than money received from taxing bodies such as the city of Brodhead or Green County.
