Life-long Brodhead resident reflects on city council service

Brodhead voters won’t see John Bernstein’s name on the ballot Tuesday, April 4.

After seven 2-year terms on Common Council, Bernstein is not running for office.

“I’ve enjoyed my time on the council,” Bernstein said in an interview shortly before the New Year.
