Lois Thain, 83

CLINTON-Lois Thain, 83, of Clinton, Wis., formerly of Millburn, IL., passed away Friday, Feb. 27, 2015.
Lois is survived by three children; Jim (Laurie), Kathleen Beretta, and Laurie (Mark) Luthin; nine grandchildren; and one sister Judi West. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, John. Lois was actively involved in the First Presbyterian Church of Clinton, Wis. She was a 4-H Club leader, a member of the Library Board, the Twentieth Century Club, various local card clubs, and the Jefferson Prairie Homemakers Club. Funeral Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, March 2, at the Strang Funeral Home of Antioch, 1055 Main St., Antioch, Ill. 60002. Interment immediately followed in Millburn Cemetery, Old Mill Creek, IL. Visitation was held from 1:30 p.m. until the time of service Monday at the funeral home.
