Plan Commission backs middle school zoning change

The Brodhead Plan Commission and Community Development Authority met for a special meeting last Thursday night. Members Jeremy Pinnow, Joe Coleman, Jerry Elmer and Dan Brown and Mayor Doug Pinnow were present, as was Mayor Doug Pinnow. City council representative Richard Peach was absent.

A public hearing was held on the proposed zoning change at the school property, located at 406 10th St., from multi-family housing R3 to General Commercial C-1.
