Record-setting performances given at sectional track meet

MONROE — On a gorgeous day, the Brodhead-Juda girls’ track and field team placed third with 104 points, and the boys’ squad took sixth with 67 points at the WIAA Division 2 Monroe regional track and field meet last Monday. The girls sent six individuals and two relay teams to sectionals. The boys’ team advanced three individuals and one relay team to the McFarland sectional.

In the girls’ 200-meter dash, sophomore Madee Harding took the title in an exciting race with a school record of 26.12 seconds.  Pick up this week’s print edition for full story…..
