Rock County Communications Center public service announcement video ‘Problem’

The Rock County Public Safety Lip Dubbers are at it again! After our viral hit “Uptown Funk” was released one year ago (with almost 3.5 million YouTube views to date) the group is singing and dancing to the megahit, Problem, by Ariana Grande.

The video is a light-hearted attempt to draw attention to the increasing problem of 9-1-1 hang-ups and misdials. In 2015 there were 65,198 calls made to 9-1-1 in Rock County.  8,586 (13%) of those calls were abandoned/hang ups (disconnected before the 9-1-1 call taker could answer).
