Brodhead, WI – Sharon Treuthardt “Mrs. T”, age 75, passed away from natural causes while surrounded by her family at the Collinwood Memory Care facility in Brodhead.

Sharon was born on June 18, 1948 in Janesville, the daughter of Roy and Mabel (Thompson) Smith.

She married Michael Treuthardt on August 6, 1966.

Sharon worked for APCO, Cold Storage, Pierce Hardware, worked as a dispatcher for the City of Brodhead and later retired in 2013 from the Brodhead Elementary School.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Mike; one son, Aaron (Cheryl) Treuthardt; two siblings, Tammy and Tom and many other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Joyce and Pam and two brothers, Allen and Brad.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Maria Johnson and Luann Harmel and the staff at Collinwood Memory Care.

Per Sharon’s wishes, there will be no services and cremation rites will be accorded. The DL Newcomer Funeral Home in Brodhead is assisting the family.
