Sheriff: Janesville man was victim in fatal crash

The Green County Sheriff’s Office on Monday identified the victim of the Christmas Eve crash that left one man dead and another severly injured.

Santos Pascual Velasquez Lopez, 44, of Janesville, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Green County Coroner’s Office.
