The Kelch Aviation Museum’s third phase will become a reality thanks to the recent grant designation an-nouncement from the The Wagner Foundation of Lyons, Wisconsin.

The Kelch Aviation Museum at Brodhead Airport announced last week the start of construction on its Phase III museum building project.
